A Buffalo favorite, Butter Lambs are a classic at Easter for ex-pats and locals alike! With much of Buffalo, NY’s immigrant population hailing from Poland during the late 19th century the tradition of butter lambs as part of their Easter celebration came with them. With that, Buffalo soon became the largest manufacturer of Butter Lambs in the world.
